Better Things, Inc.
Better Things, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation located in Easton, Maine. They are a Christian ministry that exists to provide support to caregivers - clergy and spouses, first responders, educators, healthcare workers, & clinicians - to help them provide the best possible care for those they serve. This support may be through short-term crisis counseling, referral for therapy, education, training, or consultation. Services are provided at reduced or no cost. Family Radio WFST celebrates 30 years of broadcasting and you are invited to help us celebrate! To commemorate this event, we are planning a Saturday afternoon of fun June 1st starting at 4pm here at WFST on 670 Sweden St. in Caribou. We’ll have a BBQ, cake and be broadcasting live during this event. So mark your calendars and join us on June 1st for music, stories, laughs, great food and giveaways. 
You are invited to join in the 73rd Annual National Day of Prayer at 6pm on Thursday, May 2nd, at Framework Church, Centerline Road, Presque Isle, Maine. FMI 764-5187.
East Ride Union Church, 258 East Ridge Road in Mars Hill has opened its doors for prayer from 8am to 4pm on Thursday, May 2nd. There will be prayer stations and suggested topics to pray about. Everyone is welcome to stop by and pray for our nation.
Mars Hill United Baptist Church, 20 Church St., Mars Hill is hosting a National Day Of Prayer Service at 6:30pm at the church. The public is invited to attend.
The Loring Air Force Base Open House is back this year August 2—4, 2024. There will be a B-52 and KC-135 on the ground! The museum will be open, there will be craft vendors and food trucks. The Arch Hangar will be open and there will be a tour of The Weapons Storage Area plus aircraft on site! Family Radio WFST will be there as well giving away all sorts of goodies. Friday August 2 and Saturday August 3 from 8am to 4pm. Sunday August 4 from 9am to 1pm. So stop out and have some fun and reminisce about years gone by.

Family Radio WFST is once again planning in participating in Thursdays on Sweden held in Caribou every other Thursday evening for the summer. The first one is set for June 6th from 6pm—9pm on Sweden Street in downtown Caribou. Stop by and say hi and pick up a WFST t-shirt or ball cap!
